I am new to Dreamweaver and i do not have the knowledge on HTML and CSS. However, this is just a very simple task that does not require deep understanding of coding knowledge.
FYI, Dreamweaver allows us to design the website visually and it will generate the code as you make your site. Yet, we do need to know HTML and CSS knowledge in order to make things easier.
Basically, i just made some changes in the properties tab in order to refine the appearance of the website.
